Multiple Sclerosis is an unpredictable, complicated and frustrating disease. Not only does it take a ton of energy to cope with this disease from day-to-day, but it also requires countless hours and energy to find information and resources/tools to help you manage symptoms and relapses. This is especially true for African-Americans (Black people) since there is not much in terms of material available specifically for us.

Incredibly, the medical community thought that MS was not common among the African-American population. As we know, this is quite the contrary. In fact, it is more severe for African-Americans (Black people).

Many times we know what we need, but sometimes we just don't know where to find it, or if it even exist.
